Teresa Todd, MBA, MA has more than 20 years of experience in the marketing, business development and public relations fields. Industry experience includes entertainment, product, professional services, retail, banking and entrepreneurial start-up business concerns; public agency engagements focus on municipalities and local school districts; nonprofit engagements include 501(c)(3) organizations, regional arts organizations, and business and industry trade associations.
Todd holds several advanced degrees from the University of Southern California in strategic-centered fields: M.B.A. Marketing and Finance from USC’s Marshall School of Business and a M.A. in Strategic Public Relations from USC’s Annenberg School for Communication, School of Journalism.
Todd believes in the convergence of disciplines, combining the principles of public relations with the tenets of business, advertising, social media and corporate governance for an integrated approach to communication, evaluation and business development.

Steve Dole
Creative Director
Steve Dole brings 20-plus years experience to Point of View Communications, including 10 years as Creative Director for a national advertising communications agency and another decade in art direction and graphic production.
Dole is responsible for the development of award-winning creative campaigns and communication materials for several Fortune 500 companies and major brands. He has won several Employment Management Association (EMA) Awards in employee recruitment and communications, and has been honored by the American Advertising Federation as recipient of multiple ADDY Awards for Creative Design and Multi-Media Marketing Integration.
With his extensive experience interfacing with multiple vendors and outside creative sources, Dole brings a full range of services to any project, regardless of size or complexity.

Alice Shepherd, Ph.D.
Marketing Communications Writer
Alice Shepherd, Ph.D. has 12 years experience as a marketing communications writer and business ghostwriter. She has created marketing collateral and written trade magazine articles for diverse industries including: banking, financial services, healthcare, medical devices, automotive, aviation, aerospace, IT, insurance, risk management, manufacturing, hospitality, food/beverage, telecom, consulting, energy, real estate, safety, facilities, engineering, human factors engineering, exhibiting, law, retail, transportation, training and development, supply chain, disaster recovery/business continuity, education, science, government, and nonprofit.
Shepherd holds B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley. She is the author of four books and 15 scientific journal articles on topics of language analysis.
Shepherd’s background in linguistics provides her with excellent listening skills, the ability to grasp and assimilate the jargons of different industries, and a sensitivity to language that helps her write in a client’s preferred style and voice.
